The workshops will begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude at 4:00 p.m. Plan to arrive between 8:30 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. for morning refreshments and check-in.

Registration Fee
The registration fee by mail, fax or phone to attend both* workshops is $210. This fee includes an individual set of Hands-On Equations (suitable for use with one student) for the Day1 workshop and the Hands-On Equations Verbal Problems Book and a student set of game pieces for Day2, as well as morning coffee/tea, lunch, and a $50 discount certificate which can be applied toward the purchase of a class set of Hands-On Equations! Advance registration is strongly encouraged as space is limited. The registration fee or purchase order is due at the time of registration.

Certificates of Discount
On the first day of this training attendees will receive a $50 Certificate of Appreciation good towards the purchase of a class set of Hands-On Equations, as well as a Certificate of Appreciation which provides a $25 discount on the price of the Instructional Video Manual in either VHS or DVD format (normally $69.95 and $79.95, respectively).
On the second day of this training, participants will receive a $50 Certificate of Appreciation good towards the purchase of an interactive application (normally $125).

Accommodations
Participants are responsible for securing and paying for their own lodging, if needed, and parking fees, if any.
Register Early!
If you need time to obtain a district purchase order, you may register your teachers online and insert "P.O. to follow" in the box asking for the purchase order number. Alternatively, you may send us an email at info@borenson.com advising us of the number of participants you intend to register. Workshops may be cancelled at two weeks prior to the scheduled date if the number of registrations is too low. Do not be disappointed in seeing the workshop you wanted to attend cancelled! Register early!
Cancellations
You may cancel your registration up to 10 business days prior to the workshop and we will refund your tuition less a $25 cancellation fee. If you need to cancel within 10 days of the workshop, you may 1) send a substitute from your organization 2) transfer your tuition to a future workshop that is scheduled within one year of the workshop date. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend you are still responsible for payment.
If a workshop needs to be cancelled by us, due to low registration counts, the registration fee will be refunded and the registrant will be provided with the opportunity to attend a future workshop or webinar at a reduced registration fee. Note: cancellation decisions are made two weeks prior to a scheduled workshop.
Graduate Credit
One or two graduate professional development credits are available through Regent University at an additional cost of $200 credit/hour. Attend either or both workshops and submit additional course work to obtain these credits. *Registration for One Workshop Only
You may register for just the Day1 or the Day2 workshop for the registration fee of $125 ($110 if you register online). Note: Day2 registration requires prior experience with Hands-On Equations or prior attendance at a Day1 workshop or webinar. See above for certificates of discount to be provided.
